Change for many people is very difficult. They say that the older you get you become stuck in your ways. People don’t like change because it takes them out of their comfort zone. They become attached to the things around them so they can’t see anything bigger than them. A big picture that is filled with hope and Joy everlasting.
I Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
If I told you that your life would never be the same, would you believe me?
If I told you that you would gain joy that surpasses all understanding, would you believe me?
If I told you that you would have a future and a hope to rejoice and believe in, would you believe me?
With so much going on around us would you believe that there is still something there that would be any better than going to the club, hanging out at bars, drinking performing sexual acts, listening to degrading and sorrow filled music? By what was just mentioned, YES THERE IS.
Psalms 28:7
The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Nehemiah 8:10
Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be ye sorry; FOR THE JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH.
The life of a believer is filled with Joy, strength, and hope. There is nothing else in this world that can give all of these things at once, and spread to other people. There is no other that can show light to the dark of this world.
We are a fun filled people both encouraging and hopeful and it’s only by the love of Jesus that makes this possible. Changing into a life like this is so worthwhile. God Bless
