1Timothy 6:10 "I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus, For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
We have people now who love money and then get sad and mad when that same money brings sorrow...It shocks me when people have so much money and they lose it and their life breaks down. But the Word clearly states that..the LOVE of MONEY first will TAKE YOU AWAY from the FAITH..second will bring you MANY SORROWS
The scriptures says this,
Mathew 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Mathew 6:21 "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."
People Put their treasure in the wrong place...so once it is gone they break down and make it seems like their life its over..But if their treasure was in God..their life has only begun...it is not over but their JOY is PRESERVED...
There is nothing wrong with success..by all means aim for it..but the LOVE of money is a BIG issue...and it will not bring happiness but it WILL be followed by MANY SORROWS...if you are gonna put your treasure in anything..put it in heaven..God bless
