A warning to the believer to protect their faith from people who profess to be godly but carry a totally different doctrine from the Word of God. Speaking to the believers of the Word of God and hearer of the truth by faith. Do not let anyone decieve you into believing anything that will be contrary to the Word of God.
Galations 6:7
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Galations 1:8
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
Do not let yourself get caught up in theory or assumptions but rely on the word of God for it all. Going outside of the Word of God for information will only lead to a contrary corrupted self deceived and incorrect message.
It may sound like the truth but its only deception being received and we can not allow ourselves to be caught up in that. Our walk with the Lord depends on it.
2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness
Now people are considering their "new" information research..rather than seeking truth from the word of God. The moment you get mixed up with these things..you lose decernment between the truth manipulation and a lie...trust in the Lord Jesus with all your heart mind and soul. Believe in His Word seek truth in His Word and live according to his word
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
